WARNING SIGNS HEAT CRAMPS- Muscle pain and soreness while in the heat. HEAT EXHAUSTION- Headache, thirsty, excessive sweating, high temperature, nausea, muscle cramps, lethargy. HEAT STROKE- Rapid breathing, rapid pulse, sweating stops, temperature greater than 40 C, dizziness, red hot skin, going unconscious. TRIPLE DIGITS at 100 degrees or before is the time to prepare. INDOOR HEAT is always higher when outside temperature is high.
